I am an experienced in-house lawyer and certified CLM and Microsoft Power Platform engineer, specialising in legal technologies, process automation, and legal enterprise architecture. As Head of Legal Technologies & Operations at Amadeus, I lead a recognised expert team delivering off-the-shelf and custom solutions, integrating systems across functions, and driving cross-organisational collaboration. Previously, I served as Head of Microsoft Power Platform Development at Consilio (formerly Syke) and as Practice Director for Ironclad CLM, alongside my current freelance work in CLM, Power Platform consultancy, and bespoke solution development.

Through Henken.Tech, I collaborate with leading consultancy firms across the globe to deliver legal technology, enterprise architecture, and process improvement expertise. This includes advising on technology selection, designing end-to-end implementation strategies, and ensuring seamless integration of CLM and related systems into broader organisational ecosystems. My role is to provide independent, expert guidance that helps clients get the most out of their legal tech investments.


CLM & CRM Consulting and Implementation

I am fully certified in Ironclad and DocuSign, with extensive experience delivering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for 20+ customers worldwide, from startups to global enterprises.

My work covers full implementation, configuration, and administration, including integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise systems. During each engagement, I focus on process optimisation alongside technology deployment, ensuring solutions are tailored, scalable, and deliver measurable improvements.

I also partner with select CLM vendors, collaborating on product development and expansion – for example, creating the Ironclad CLM custom connector for Microsoft Power Platform. In my current role, I administer Ironclad CLM at enterprise scale, including developing custom integrations to connect CLM with surrounding systems.

Microsoft PowerPlatform Development

As a certified Microsoft Power Platform engineer, I design and develop full-stack solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. I serve as administrator for multiple enterprise Power Platform environments and have built everything from complex business applications to custom PCF components and advanced data integrations, including award-winning solutions recognised for their innovation and impact. My expertise includes building bespoke connectors, integrating with APIs, and delivering analytics that transform raw data into actionable insights, ensuring every solution is robust, scalable, and business-aligned.

Through my role at Amadeus, I was an early adopter of AI-based legal technology and related solutions. My team has developed numerous tools using Microsoft AI Foundry on Azure and locally hosted AI models, delivering value not only to legal departments but also to wider business units. These solutions range from automating legal document analysis to enabling intelligent contract management workflows, demonstrating the transformative potential of AI in enterprise environments.
